Room was very clean and the location was very close to the beach . Nice places to eat in the area . Very tranquil and quiet we could enjoy sitting on the patio and hear the ocean!
I chose to pay it but I did think the $150 cleaning fee was a lot . I think you can initially charge that and depending on the condition of the room reimburse people.

We loved the access to the beach, friendly neighbor, access to bikes and beach toys.
We were disappointed that we could not lower the air temperature less than 72 and the bedrooms were facing the afternoon sun making them pretty warm in the evenings and took a long time to cool down.

It was a great location, steps from the beach. Only 20 mins into the main town or st Augustine. We loved the balcony although the weather was a little chilly, we enjoyed our stay. Comfy couch and tv to watch movies at night.
I think the second bedroom could’ve used a slightly bigger bed instead of a daybed but it was comfortable overall. We had a great stay.
