Lots to like! Very clean! Staff fantastic! Great value for money!

This isn’t a negative but location isn’t the best if you don’t want to get a form of transportation or like walking we didn’t mind so wasn’t a problem

The hotel is newly renovated, very comfortable and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, very diverse and tasty buffet. The room was large and comfortable, excellent for a family. The location is great, close to the beach, supermarket and stores.

We liked the pool, there was a good breakfast and our room was nice and clean.

•Cleanliness was good, the room and bathroom were maintained decently on a daily basis. •Breakfast was correct, with basic products (eggs, cereals, milk, coffee, juices). The pastry section was identical every day and could have been more diverse. •Air conditioning worked well, which was very important in the summer heat. •The fridge was useful, even though a bit noisy. •The balcony was large enough to sit at a table. •Staff were kind and explained everything we needed from check-in to check-out. •At check-out, the staff offered juices for the children and did not charge us the local tax.

• I booked a Superior Triple Room with Sea View, but in reality I received a room facing the main road, with land/mountain view. The constant traffic noise made rest difficult both day and night. • I asked to change the room to one matching the description, but I was refused. I was told “Booking made a mistake”, which I find unfair, since I know the description and pictures are uploaded by the property itself. What bothered me the most was the lack of accountability – instead of taking responsibility, the staff tried to pass the blame elsewhere. Because of this, I did not even insist further about the other visible issues in the room, knowing I would only get another excuse. •Soundproofing was mentioned in the description, but the windows are standard, and the traffic noise was almost the same even with the window closed. •There was no storage space (wardrobe or drawers) in the room. We had to keep our clothes and luggage on the floor, very uncomfortable especially for a family with a child. •The bathroom had no ventilation system at all (neither window nor fan), which created significant discomfort, especially after using the toilet. •The shower was not working properly and did not provide normal functionality. •Common areas were rather austere and without atmosphere, giving more the impression of a modest guesthouse than a 3★ hotel. •Overall, the value for money was poor. I paid almost €770 for 7 nights for a Superior Triple Room with Sea View, but the reality was a lower-standard room, with land/road view and multiple comfort issues.
