Fabulous cottage in a beautiful setting
Spacious cottage close to amenities and fabulous stream and pub walking distance. There’s now a icecream scoop .. 🥰
Double bedroom with en suite “damp “friends said who stayed in there” and house could do with a better clean. carpets are stained in some places. Sadly up for Sale now else I’d book for a 3rd year in a row as still superb in my option. Great value too. Keys are kept in a keysafe at least a mile away iff running late but would be nice iff the keysafe was used at the property instead of wasting time.

Fabulous area and local pub but very tired accommodation needs a good clean!

The property needs a good clean including the carpets! The sink on the en suite was disgusting! Dog Pooh in the garden when we arrived! It smells of damp! Toilet in bathroom didn’t flush properly!

really great stay ideal property due to typical British weather. would recommend
lots of space, very clean nice bedding. everything you need for a self catering holiday.
great well loved property, garden & entrance maybe not ideal for toddlers or infirm. check in is 17:00 check out is 09:00 which is both a little late for checking in and early for checking out - however seems to be standard for the area.

Spacious, well-proportioned, comfortable, had the requisite kit
Not much really. The living room window gives directly onto the road, although strangely it is not intrusive (in fact it's nice to see sheep walking by). Having a washer/dryer rather than a washing machine might be better for days when the weather is a bit 'Lakedistricty'

Clean spacious living areas. Comfortable beds and soft towels. Well equipped kitchen. Felt like home
Poor outside space needs better placed table and chairs. The picnic bench was in the shade.
