Perfect location for our 2 day stay. Conveniently located to Cherry Creek and downtown. Cute, well-appointed, clean, basement apartment. Everything we needed was provided. Owner is on site and was helpful if there was any issue. We felt safe in the house and neighborhood. My wife is hypersensitive about safety when we travel out of town, and this was perfect. I would recommend to any couple coming to the Denver for a few days. Parking was convent. It is a large space to eat, hang out, watch TV.

The apartment was clean, nicely decorated basement apartment with everything we needed to crash there while we were in Denver for work. Access was through the back/alley, directions to get in were a little confusing at first but we got there. Host was super communicative and nice:)Like other people have mentioned, it is a basement apartment, so there is a little bit more noise with a pup and young kid upstairs. We were expecting it and it didn’t bother us, but if you’re someone who is bothered by noise, just get a different spot!

This is a beautiful well-kept little property. The only complaint would be that it was a bit noisy at times as it is a basement unit. However, that is to be expected given it’s a basement.

Couldn't be happier with this hidden gem. Owner was generous with her time when a small issue came up. Resolution in minutes. The place was comfortable, clean and convenient. The only thing worth noting is that the ceiling and door ways are shorter than normal. At 5'10" I had no problem. Over 6' might be annoying. That said, please give it a go!
