12 Thrang Brow, Chapel Stile

The house was in a perfect location for walks straight from the door, good pubs, cafes and a great little shop nearby. The house itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equiped kitchen and lovely views.

The house isn't spotlessly clean and i accept that for a dog friendly place but the living room didn't look like it had been cleaned at all for our arrival. The carpet hadn't been hoovered, the tv and stand was thick dust and the windows were full of handprints ☹️ I spoke to one of the staff members when i dropped the keys off and they we're very apologetic and said they would look into it so hopefully it will be sorted for the next visitors.

Fantastic location, beautiful scenery, clean and very comfy can not fault anything.

Lovely house in a great location within walking distance tot he Coop and Pub. Clean and warm, very comfy beds, all the kitchen equipment you could need and easy parking.

The dish washer tablet allocation was a bit tight at 2 for 3 nights stay.

We stay in Langdale a few times a year mainly at the Langdale estate, on a couple of occasions this year we have booked cottages, the location is perfect here for access to lovely pubs and walks also close to the village for food shopping. The cottage is beautiful very clean and lovely decor very comfy sofas and beds too, it was really warm the heating is very efficient. Gorgeous views from front windows and very bright and airy loved it would return : ).

It is hard to think of a negative? so will just leave it at the above : )
