About this house rental
Fernhill is a family home overlooking East Beach. Enter through the front door into the open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It boasts floor to ceiling windows allowing you those filtered views of East Beach and 2 living areas. The first living space is in front of the log fire perfect for winter weekends. The second living space offers the large L shaped couch in front of the TV, family movie night a must for all holidays!
Outside on the decking relax in the sun on a lounger, enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. Or head to the other side of the house and enjoy outdoor dining on the second decking.
The house offers 3 bedrooms, the master has its own TV and both master and the second queen offer spacious rooms with Queen bed. The third bedroom has a set of bunks and a tri bunk, meaning the house works for a family or 3 couples looking to get away.
The main bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower. The second shower and toilet are located downstairs in the laundry.
Downstairs is a great little games room with pool table, perfect for any grey days or when the kids need to burn some energy while you relax upstairs and enjoy the peace and quiet. Pick up a take away coffee and a piece of cake from town and put your feet up!
Just around the corner from East Beach, the fish and chips shop, Charlie's on East and a 7 min leisurely stroll into town Fernhill offers ideal placement for your next trip.

Great size and awesome views. This place has it all for full size families to come together and create memories.

It’s a beautiful property situated close to the beach. I did try and contact the property manager 3 times to request late check out and was ignored.
Some fly screens needed to let in cool air but keep out flies. Overall a good holiday but a little overpriced.
