The wait time at reception is 1 hour. The breakfast is buffet and it’s only one fill and is far from Cali center by 30 min drive.
Security concerns, one lady entered our room with her card, we raised a complain to the receptionist and she told us that she can’t see who access rooms.

We arrived yesterday at 5:30 PM for check in and there was a line on the reception counter and we finished check in process at 7 PM. The rooms booking with Agoda include the tax while they insisted for us to pay the tax again. Breakfast is average, room is Average and location is 20-30 min drive to/from Cali.

In all honestly I was expecting not only great service but an excellent room that was at minimum clean. It was not. We found a cockroach in the room. the water is not filtered so when you open shower it smells like straight SEWAGE. they said they are working on that but have no date of when that will be resolved. The floors were SO dirty that after me and my mother took a DIRTY shower and then walked around room barefoot to organize our stuff our feet were BLACK. it was disgusting. We had to remain with shoes at all times which sucked. The AC did not work well and eve the TV was not working at first. When I called front desk they sent someone up that only offered to mop the floors and said it was "dust" from rooms not being used often but I guarantee that was not dust. They had not mopped floors in forever and/or are using DIRTY mops. What WAS good is that they offered free shurttle service 24/7, not like other hotels that schedule it every hour and/or only begin at 8am, etc. They also have a 24/7 restaurant which was nice. They offered free breakfast that started at 4am. Yay! It was great, not your American sucky "continental;". This was actually good food. The hotel was also nice which helps, this included the room. It was just the dirty water and cleanliness thing which is EVERYTHING for most people. this is my honest review. Also, we found out after hat there were other similar nice hotels for waaayyyyy cheaper. =/
