About this villa rental
Villa Natalie is a large, modern detached villa ideally located for restaurants, shops and wonderful beach. It has a valid and permanent Tourist Licence VTV 327 ME.
Situated on a large plot, the villa is surrounded by well-maintained mature trees, hedges and plants giving it a high degree of privacy. There is handy off-road parking at the front of the property via a sliding front gate - making it a safe, secure environment for families.
At the rear of Villa Natalie is a large, private swimming pool with easy-access steps; great for an early-morning swim or afternoon dip. There is plenty of space around the pool for relaxing on the sun-loungers or sitting in the shade under the large parasols provided. The outside covered terrace area provides shade if you still want to sit by the pool but out of the midday sun. It has a lovely dining table area which is ideal for al-fresco dining along with a great brick-built BBQ area. The outside terrace also has a separate, comfy seating area for you to relax in. Table tennis table and equipment for all the family to use.
Inside the villa there is a large lounge and dining area. The high-ceilings with beams gives it a lovely, spacious feel and there are two sets of patio doors leading to the pool and garden area. Villa Natalie has been furnished to a high standard and you will find everything you need to enjoy your holiday. The lounge is modern, of very good quality, and you will feel extremely comfortable staying here. The well-equipped kitchen is just off the dining area and part open plan with a separate utility area.
The great thing about Villa Natalie is the feeling of space inside. The bedrooms are all located off a large, well-designed corridor separate from the lounge - meaning you can watch TV or relax in the lounge without disturbing others. All of the bedrooms, lounge and dining area have air-conditioning/heating units.
Master bedroom - tastefully decorated with king-size bed, built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
Master en-suite - with over-bath shower, WC, twin wash basins.
Double bedroom - tastefully decorated with king-size bed, built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
Twin bedroom - tastefully decorated with twin single beds, built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space.
Shower room - large shower room and WC.
Lounge has a double sofa bed / futon bed as additional sleeping arrangement option.
There is free WiFi - very fast internet - fibre optic broadband. TV, DVD library, books and games.

We were the last week of July and the first week of August in Villa Natalie. We were two marriages and two children (8 and 10).
The Village is 10 minutes Walk from the little town center and also 10/15' walk from the beach.
The house is very comfortable. The terrace and swimming pool area are very nice and the sun shines almost the whole day above the pool, which is also very clean (just for the families with kids: the pool gets deep quite fast). The porch is roofed, so you can have every meal outside without being in the sunshine.
The house has a very good layout. Kitchen, living room and dinning area are on one side and at the other side of the entrance hall, along the hallway there are the three rooms, one of them en suite. We were 6 people in the house and we used to get a shower more or less at the same time and we never had problems with the water pressure and temperature.
The rooms are comfortable and have big built-in closets, so you have enough storeroom. The beds in the double rooms are two single beds laid together. The mattresses and the pillows are actually good.
The kitchen ist well equipped to cook regularly (maybe a bigger pot and a bigger pan would be necessary).
There are a lot of additional accessories: a cool bag for the beach, games for the children, etc.
Richard is absolutely nice and caring host! He deserves all our praise and the best rating ever! He left some brand new inflatable toys for our children and a bottle of wine as welcome gift. The communication was absolutely easy and he was available over WhatsApp all the time.
We had a problem with the fridge, which was very old and didn't manage to keep the food cool enough. So, even if we didn't want to bother Richard, we had to ask him to solve the problem and he arranged to get a new fridge delivered within a day!
The only "minus" for the house is that the appliances are really very old. Dishwasher and exhaust hood are very loud and old. Still working, but not for long. Oven and cooktop are also very old. Washing machine is newer and working fine.
We'd recommend Richard to replace the appliances, if possible.
The bathrooms are also quite old but everything is spotless!
The people from the administration took care of our requests and came to leave new blankets and towels and took the dirty ones. The pool is being cleaned twice a week by Lee. He is absolutely nice and takes care of the pool.
