The apartment is in an excellent location with public parking right in front of the building, where you can usually find a free spot. Regarding parking, you have the option of free parking in the white zone on Grasbergerstraße or Absengerstraße, or paid parking in the green zone on Karl-Morre-Straße 4, where the apartment is located. A great plus is that parking is free from 8:00 PM to 9:00 AM, as well as on Saturdays and Sundays. The rate is €1 for 30 minutes, or you can purchase a daily ticket for €11 if you don't plan on driving during the day. There’s a swimming pool and sports facilities very close by, plus several supermarkets like BILLA, HOFER, and Lidl within walking distance. There are also cafés, restaurants, parks, and public transport options nearby.

A few downsides for us were that the apartment lacks air conditioning and had a noticeable ant problem, which was quite unpleasant. At first, they weren't noticeable when we checked in, but the next day we spotted them in the kitchen area where we sorted our daily trash. Another thing we disliked was the required €200 deposit. You must pay this deposit prior to arrival just to receive the access code for the building and the apartment. On the bright side, the deposit was refunded within 3 days after departure.

It was clean, all well prepared for our family stay. Very spacy bathroom, big balcony connecting living room with bedroom, well equipped kitchen

The LCD TV had its problems sometimes, but it was all round OK. I don’t know if there is an AC, but the room could be hot on days with temperatures above 25° C

This apartment gave us the space we needed. The location was good for us since we stayed there for Formula One and made it easy to get out of town quickly.

There is no ventilation but thankfully they provided us a fan after a very hot sleepless night. There are no instructions or recommendations provided. Had no idea how to use the washing machine and the internet wasn’t the greatest.
