Location was really nice and convenient. The unit furnishings were comfortable. Fun games for the kids.
Too many stairs for elderly people. Broken towel rack in lower bathroom, sink in upper bathroom didn't drain well and the lights were flickering off and on over the sink. Some of the dishes were in bad shape. There was broken glass in the bedroom with the bunks between the window and the bed frame. Quite dirty under all the furniture. The ratings on it said it would sleep 11 people, but it sure wouldn't be comfortably. The unit was a lot smaller than I expected.

Good location, well equipped kitchen. Very responsive to inquiries - we arrived early and inquired about checking in early and received a quick response. Plus there is a great market nearby.
Minor - too many decorative pillows!

The location was great! Ten minutes from the ski resort and everyone is extremely friendly.
I was disappointed about not being able to use the hot tub after a day of skiing. It was not available.
Also, I wish there were more restaurants around.
