    Wanted to stay walking distance to the Ford Center for the Dallas Open. I arrived after midnight (check-in time) but their front desk staff was there and very helpful. The entire staff were all so nice and welcoming. It was easy to get a Lyft to and from the hotel.

    The room and facilities are clean. Parking is easy. House keeping was every-other day unless requested otherwise. Additionally, you can control the temperature in your room, which is nice. My one complaint is that the room can be a little noisy from neighbors, the AC, or street traffic. The staff is very diligent and customer-service oriented. Special shoutout to Gabby and the bilingual GM. I was impressed by the GMs effervescent personality and ability to communicate with staff and customers to ensure hotel operations are running smoothly.

    We checked in and inspected our room. The pillow cover has some kind of sticky substance on it. We didn’t know what it was. Bed sheets and comforter also didn’t look properly washed. Informed the front desk and they changed our room. We were concerned about the quality of their housekeeping. Breakfast also below average.
