The unit had a welcome pack and coplimentray drinks.
It was well appointed abd a beautiful unit
BUT
It definiteky was not an accessible unit.
My lady who I support could no more do the stairs to the pool.
From the start was a chain of events.
1) Directions to Aspire was not right
2) NO Mention of difficulty in A) Unit access, no number on the unit.
3) PARKING A LARGE VECHILE was a nightmare.
4) Thus was meant to be relaxing and for a birthday surprise.
I DO HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH BOOKING. COM. Absolutely getting it consisently wrong I would go to anither site as booking.com continue's to get it so wrong.
