The view from this elegant and updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 car garage (Garage clearance is 7' 6") townhouse will take your breath away. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front balcony while taking in the the beauty of the mountains. The unit offers a full size kitchen complete with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and WiFi. Relax after a day on the hill in the cozy living room that features a gas fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a full size bathroom on this floor. As you head upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, two of the bedrooms feature a queen size bed and a flat screen TV, while the third features a king bed with flat screen TV. There is a hall bathroom and the master bedroom offers an attached bathroom and attached balcony with a perfect view of Mammoth Rock and the Sherwins! On the back patio you will find a brand new top of the line Jacuzzi. A private washer and dryer in unit will get the chores done! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo is in the perfect location within a few minute walk to eagle lodge. The views are spectacular and the new dishwasher works great. We love all the Cutco knives and well-appointed kitchen for home cooking. The humidifiers are great and we use them each time we stay in Mammoth. We had trouble accessing Nexflix, Prime on the TV but that was not a problem for us but next time we will bring a firestick.

Hot tub a little colder than we wanted, could use higher quality toilet paper. Beds a little soft. Everything else was great, kitchen had great equipment
