All types of events and unruly or uncontrolled parties that may disturb neighbors or cause damage to the property are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate eviction and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Guests under 25 years old are not permitted. Pets are allowed only upon request and prior approval from the host, with payment of an additional fee.

Pros: La casa está súper completa, tienes de todo. Además el casero es super atento y amable.
Cons: Lo único malo es que estás rodeado de vecinos y otras casas, con lo que por las noches hay que controlar ruidos

Blick jetz aber auf einen Neubau.
Anzahl der Schlafzimmer sehr geschönt eher 4 als 6 Schlafzimmer.
