The location, the view, apartment itself was a great layout with the bedrooms downstairs and living upstairs, the deck with our own BBQ.
Multiple bathrooms and the apartment was very well air conditioned plus included fans in each room. Could not fault it.
Also access to the edge pool was fantastic.
The Check in process was poor. We were not told where any of the facilities were including the pools, the driver also didn't seem to know much about the island itself and where we could get more information on activities, when we asked about anything he said he didn't know.
The provided port a cot and high chair were both old and broken, we could not use them.
The bed sheets were dirty as well.
It would have been great if there was a reception desk that we could have gone too.
