Great place. The appartment is on the first floor of the main house. Well layed out and comfortable. Very well decorated and furbished. All equipment needed is there. Windows on every wall for maximum light all day long. Private and quiet even though the owners sometimes occupy another apartment that is beside the pool. Parking place on site. Good wifi (except in the bedroom).
The smell from the bathroom sink. The water from the kitchen sink backs up into the dishwasher and stagnates there. In the evening the led lightbulbs sadly take away the cosy atmosphere of the apartment. Didn't bother me but there is no smart tv (only local french channels). Location is ok but not great.

A lovely few days spent in the hills close to the coast and hillside towns. Highly recommended.
The property was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and towels were lovely and soft! The swimming pool and table tennis table were luxury and much appreciated extras. It was in a quiet area and was easy to find, with lovely views from the balcony. The supermarket and local facilities were only a few minutes drive away or 15 minute walk. The host provided a bottle of wine for our arrival and that was a nice touch - we were grateful.

Easy check in - our host sent us a brief and detailed check in info before arrival. Perfect location - located in a calm area, close to Nice, Cannes, Monaco, St Paul de Vence, Eze and many lovely villages.
Cleaning was not good enough, everywhere was dusty. Kitchen amenities should be checked before guests arrive. Some necessities, such as salt, were missing. We only stayed 2 nights and didn't spend too much time at the apartment, so it was not a big deal.

Beautiful village villa with pool
The villa is superb, in a quiet village, away from the hassle of the riviera. The garden, the pool, the spacious rooms, the nice facilities, all make your stay wonderful.
There is currently a large construction site in the vecinity, that makes an awful amount of noise after 8 o'clock.

Nice location
Roquefort les Pins is located between hills with great vegetation. Distances to three main attractions on Cote d’azure: Nice, Cannes and Monaco around 20 min by car as well as its vicinity to mountain area give to this location a big advantage. Grasse the great perfume capital in the world is 15 min away. Premises have a nice architecture and are equipped with good taste. The pool is great.
The main downside is the fact that near this location apparently there are some constructions or a stone quarry don’t know well that are doing big noise during 8.00 -17.00. No chances to enjoy the peaceful place between this hours. Except weekend we prefer to leave the place and enjoy nice trips around.

Zeer fijn
Fijn appartement in een woonwijk. De eigenaren wonen beneden, en ontvingen ons zeer vriendelijk. Alles zeer schoon en in de keuken is alles wat je nodig hebt. Een mooi, groot (en diep!) zwembad. En het is een mooie locatie, net buiten de drukte van de kust, die wel goed bereikbaar is.

Rigtig fin lejlighed og pool.
Rigtig stor lejlighed med gode altaner på to sider af husets facader. Ejerne var venlige og tilgængelige.
Poolen lå på et andet niveau ift lejligheden og der var beboelse ved siden af poolen, så det var ikke helt så privat, som vi havde håbet.
