The apartment has a surface area of approximately 38 m², facing south-east, it has 2 rooms + a cabin bedroom that can accommodate up to 6 people.
The apartment is located in a very good standing ski-in ski-out residence, featuring a heated indoor swimming pool, with mountain views, sauna, hammam, gym and wellness area. Access to these infrastructures is included, only the treatments offered are additional.
The bright living room with a balcony offering a magnificent view over the entire La Plagne resort is equipped with a sofa convertible into a double bed and a TV. The woodwork and the freestone wall give the apartment an authentic mountain character.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped, with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee makers (Nespresso and filter), ceramic hob, combined microwave oven and raclette grill.
The master bedroom is equipped with a 160cm double bed.
The second bedroom has two single beds, which can be pushed together.
The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet and a shower room with a shower cabin in the master bedroom.
The apartment is rented with a ski locker (direct access to the slopes) and a covered parking space (caution: maximum height 1.70 m), in the basement of the residence, with lift access.

Les Hauts Bois is a recent, very good standing residence located in Plagne Aime 2000. An exit from the ninth floor allows you to reach in 200m the residence "Le paquebot" and its shopping mall including all the shops, restaurants and necessary services. Plagne Aime 2000 is connected to Plagne Center in a few minutes by the “Telemetro” cable car.
