About this cottage rental
Single-storey gîte on the ground floor of a town hall (annual apartment on the 1st floor).
Parroy is a relay port for river tourism along the Marne-Rhine Canal.
The banks of the Sanon, the many bodies of water in the Lunéville area including the Bures pond will offer relaxation and the pleasure of fishing and water activities.
Hiking in the Parroy forest.
Nancy 35 km away. Independent entrance. Access by 4 steps.
In the heart of the village near the town hall and the church.
Relaxation hall, living room with equipped kitchen area, TV.
3 bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds), shower room, separate toilet.
Electric heating (Charges not included). Cleaning fee required for business stays €60, as well as sheets at a rate of €15 per pair.
Enclosed green space with low wall at the front with outdoor lounge.
A parking space next to the gîte (car and camper van) and near the gîte, possibility of parking other cars in the church car park.
