great clean studio with a kitchen, coffee maker, cooking utensils, an iron and hairdryer and soap and towels. it was everything we needed. the bed is very comfortable. buses are 2 minutes away as well as shops and a lidl. about a 15 minute walk from train stations, get to centre of paris in 40 mins/disneyland about an hour away. perfect location, very friendly host.

Great place for the budget

The property has all the facilities necessary for a good stay. The kitchen and the appliances were good, the bed was ok, the studio was very clean. The location was excellent for us, a short walk to Metro 8 which connected us to Paris center, or the bus 217 which connected to RER C. The neighborhood seemed very peaceful compared to other places in Paris I have stayed. I also really liked the fact that the supermarket Lidl was almost next to the studio.

Some reviews say that it didn't have windows for direct sunlight. This is true but I don't really mind about that. I could say also that the sink and the shower were small and were hard to keep clean... but for me, this is just a minor issue.

Le logement n’a pas été nettoyé des serviettes sale qui traîne, un lit taché et non refait avec des draps sale, le sol sale, la salle de bain sale. Je n'ai pas séjourné dans le logement en raison de sa propreté inacceptable, malgré les photos envoyées au propriétaire. Je demande donc l'annulation et le remboursement, car aucune solution n'a été proposée. J'ai contacté le propriétaire, qui m’a transféré à son fils sans aucune suite. C'est inadmissible et ressemble à une arnaque. --- Pour l'avis : "Logement sale, aucune réponse du propriétaire pour résoudre le problème. Très déçu."

Siamo andati a dormire in un garage anziché in una mansarda come da foto sull'inserimento. Riscaldamento con stufetta elettrica tv e internet non funzionante. Finestra che dava sul garage e non all'esterno. Molto sporco e lenzuola sporche... una esperienza da incubo e prezzo aumentato rispetto all'offerta

c'est un séjour affreux et pas bon pour la santé

c'était soit disons un "appartement" mais c'est juste un espace dans le garage qui est aménagé avec l'entrée par le garage et qui n'est pas aéré juste une petite fenêtre et je demande à BOOKIN de la supprimer da la liste des offres vu qu'il ne répond pas au critères de logement. l'appartement est déconseillé pour les gens qui ont des problèmes de respiration.

Como já sou acostumada com perrengues até que foi tranquilo

Endereço não condiz com local do apartamento e em outra rua totalmente diferente! Fiquei mais de 30 minutos procurando A faxineira veio limpar apto as 18:40h nunca vi limpa apto com hóspede dentro já! A cama é horrível faz muito barulho. Apto é no fundo de uma garagem.

. Linge de bain, de cuisine, de lit à disposition . Chauffage d'appoint appréciable . Différents éclairages

. Le fait que ce soit dans un parking sous-terrain . Aucun éclairage naturel . Pas simple à trouver . Bruyant avec les voitures qui se garent dans le parking où se trouve l'appartement. . Qualité de l'air pas terrible . Lit très bruyant et matelas très sale.
