Viajei a passeio para Caruaru com duas amigas. O apartamento é ok, super limpo, organizado e com uma excelente localização, bem perto do Pátio. A ausência de ar-condicionado (substituído por 2 ventiladores) já era informada no anúncio. Como sugestões de melhoria, deixo dois pontos: Eletrodomésticos: Sentimos falta de fogão, forno ou sanduicheira. Esses itens ajudariam muito a reduzir custos com o café da manhã. Acessibilidade: O acesso ao quarto possui escadas. Seria importante incluir essa informação no anúncio, pois o local pode ser cansativo ou limitante para idosos, gestantes e PCDs. É uma estadia realmente básica. Com esses pequenos ajustes, ficará ainda melhor!

É exatamente como nas fotos. Como arquiteto gostei dos revestimentos.
Poderiam melhorar em mais utensílios na cozinha, ter um fogão, sanduicheira, e algumas coisas pra melhorar o conforto, como sofá para ver TV, a cama não é muito confortável. E as roupas de cama e cobertores estavam com cheiro de usadas. As toalhas poderiam ser melhores.
