Easy location

Furniture is good and comfortable
No towels
No toiletries
No hand soap
No shower gel
No tissues EVEN!!!
I had to buy all these in my 1 day stay so I can take a shower or wash my hands even. The staff told me that this is their system. Guests should bring these stuff with them. The most surprising and disgusting level of facilities in any place I've ever checked in.
It could have been 10/10 so easily.

Price and cleanliness.
The room didn't have the facilities that was published on booking.
They booked me another room with less facilities.
There was no trash bin, no towels, no soap, no enough covers, no cups, no spoons, no forks.
