The property is an absolute Gem! Very comfortable, tastefully done property with attention to details. We were a family of 12 with a senior citizen and two kids, all of us enjoyed our stay
the staff keeps it absolutely clean, you wake up to a clean lawn and pool too! the breakfast made by Seema is delectable.
it’s located close to some very good restaurants and a couple of minutes from the beach.
the last mile of the property is difficult to reach, especially the first time around. We had rented smaller cars hence was doable, not sure if a bigger car would make it over the last mile.
Given that, once you get it the property is amazing, also per se it’s pretty close to the Anjuna beach and about a 3-6 minute drive to a couple of good restaurants either side.

The property was great and the staff too
The roads are too narrow to reach the villa and the price should be much lower
$$$$
