Great location, comfortable bed. Very quiet at night. Clean throughout. Very clear instructions on accessing the studio. Good value for money.
At first glance the building is a bit sketchy - down an alleyway and lots of graffiti. However the alleyway is lit and we didn’t actually see anything worrying. Once inside the building, several studios open onto one corridor, so it could have been noisy if other occupants were loud. Bathroom was a bit cramped.

Value and location were fair
I stayed here on a Thursday and found it noisy considering there was a bar right next door. The walls are also super thin. We were woken up by men speaking loudly at 1am trying to get back to their room. I can’t imagine staying here in the summer or on a weekend. There was no shampoo or body wash.
