Nice location, good potential, poor management, poor customer service

The location is good, the hotel room size is very good, parking underground is super nice.

They didn’t clean my room thru out the duration of my stay almost a week every day I ask them to clean the room and they never did and the front desk was like not much we can do about it, they didn’t even offer any kind of payback or a discount for the poor service.

absolutely horrible, don’t recommend.

I didn’t like anything, this hotel was horrible and money hungry, paid for 2 queen beds, got one bed, had to pay 20$ extra for parking, they don’t clean at all, everything is dirty. staff are incredibly rude, needed to wash clothes and they wouldn’t let me exchange my cash into quarters. the toxins in the rooms are known to cause cancer, the pool is not heated, water bottles are 15$, they don’t give you water and the breakfast is disgusting and always out.

Great value with electric charging!

We drove our Tesla, and it was great to have it charging while we slept. The room was comfortable and we were tired. The breakfast was great! Staff was great however night person, he was abrasive. The location to eateries was outstanding!

Very comfortable and friendly hotel, with great facilities

I loved the format of the room, with a wonderful desk area separate from the bed, with a window divider you can close if you want. But the desk also has view of the TV. Nice little fridge/microwave area near the door, not too close to the bed. The bathroom has a sliding door which saves space. Nicely designed and attractive bathroom. And there are great little reading lights on either side of the bed that lights your area without waking your bed-partner. The best part: the parking garage (fee) is below the hotel building, and the elevator takes you directly from your garage level to your room level. No need to walk through the lobby! You can go directly between your room hallway and your garage level. Excellent. Lots of places to get food in same parking lot as hotel. The exercise room is great with lots of good equipment, and is open 24 hours.

Not a big deal, but the entrance/exit of the parking lot is a bit tricky, because of the way the roads are, with islands and intersections. You just have to be ready to make sure you know where you are. :)
