Nice stay and would happily book again.

Good location for our Bourbon trail trip.

We did ask to move our room after first night as facing freeway and noisy. They happily moved us to face other side and very quiet.

A good stop on our journey.

I loved the room and having a suite. There was a kitchen in the room, so we got food from Publix next door which was very convenient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The parking lot was safe to walk my dog. The lobby has a little mini mart in case you need something. The breakfast was really nice the next morning before check out. Everything was great!

Although everything was great, the only thing that I may have needed, which I didn't request, was my own fault, was more towels in the room. The front desk seemed a little busy and I was too tired to ask for the towels and wait for him to get them. We were ok with what we had.

Breakfast foods kept running out quickly and staff could not keep up. Also room only had one wash cloth and several towels. Found this odd and when realized it was late evening. Hopefully just maid oversight.

This Residence Inn was super clean. Staff was nice and I really enjoyed staying here.

They didn't have a covered entry so it was a bit inconvenient to load up when we left because it was raining.

It was very clean. The staff were attentive and friendly. They offered complimentary hot breakfast. It was the perfect sized room for the same price of smaller rooms in the area that charged additional for parking and breakfast. Lastly, they allowed us to cancel up to a certain date if needed. The other hotel did not.

They had problems with the elevators.

Good location, clean area, easy to get to.

Had booked probably one of their biggest rooms they had and it was great. Plenty of room, good views, relatively clean all around. Would recommend.

Only issues and they were very minor, 1 was the body soap dispenser had no soap, and the breakfast was kinda normal. Thought the breakfast could had been a little better but wasn't bad.

the front counter staff had no idea how to do anything!

the pool was amazingly the kids enjoyed it bc it was nice an warm. the room was very cozy as well.

my check in time was 3:00 pm. got there right at 3:00pm an wasn’t allowed to check in. told me I would have to wait. I just said I would leave an come back later. There was five other people waiting to check in that couldn’t! it was very frustrating an upsetting. I was told I could get my room at 3:00pm an was refused by the staff! 😡 then when I came back to check back in. he had stated that I need to pay for my room once again. I said wrong! I done paid you my room fee! then tried to charge my card two more times after I kept telling him! When I went to check out. the guy had stated that I owed them more money. I said that’s impossible! I said I done paid you all. an I said I just owed you for one candy bar for 3.00 dollars. he said no you owe 65.00 dollars. tried to charge my card once again! They had locked my card up for three transactions! if you don’t know how to work the front counter it’s simple leave your job! go to a different position! makes me so mad when you try to make me feel as I was lying!
