Ti Maen is a pretty house located in a green setting, in the heart of the seaside resort of Sables d'Or Les Pins, 2 minutes' walk from the golf course and tennis courts, and 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants. The house can accommodate 4 people and comprises a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. The large 900 m² wooded garden will enable you to enjoy a green setting at any time of day.

- Cosy living room with sofa, armchairs and coffee table. The fireplace is decorative, not in use.
- Modern, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, oven, hob, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher...
- Bathroom with shower, fully renovated in 2023
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed 140 x 190 cm, small desk, library area
- Bedroom 2: double bed 140 x 190 and a single bed
- Shower room with washbasin and WC
- Games and books available during your stay
Exterior:
- You'll enjoy a beautiful 900 m² enclosed garden with trees, perfectly exposed for sunshine all day long. Barbecue available on site.
- Possibility of parking two cars in front of the house
