An oasis of relaxation—the Küstenoase in Norddeich
Completed in 2017, this 84-square-meter bungalow offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Küstenoase is situated in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the harbor, the beach, and many restaurants.
With two bedrooms, up to four guests will find a wonderful home away from home for a relaxing vacation. The entire living area is at ground level and barrier-free. You’ll also have a private garden with a large terrace for your exclusive use. The garden is fully fenced and screened for privacy.
The kitchen’s amenities will impress any home cook. A Senseo coffee machine awaits you.
The living room, like the bathroom, is equipped with underfloor heating. This spacious, light-filled room will be the heart of your stay in this coastal oasis. When the weather isn’t so good, relax on the cozy couch and enjoy the large flat-screen TV. The living room opens directly onto the terrace.
The lovingly decorated bedroom features a double bed with two nightstands and a wardrobe.
The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.
Both bedrooms also have a TV.
The floor-to-ceiling shower in the bathroom invites you to relax—and you can even freshen up your laundry in the washing machine here.
In addition, the Küstenoase features a storage room with useful amenities for your stay, such as a vacuum cleaner and a clothes drying rack.
In the basement, which is also accessible by elevator, there are two charging stations available for your e-bikes.
A private parking space for the apartment is located directly behind the house. And of course, your four-legged friend—your dog—will also find a vacation paradise at the Küstenoase. Your dog can roam freely in the fully fenced-in yard.

Rundum zufrieden spiegelt unseren Aufenthalt wieder. Eine Stunde vor Ankunft haben wir telefonisch die Mitteilung bekommen das wir schon ins Objekt dürfen. Es war sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super zentral zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Restaurants und vor allem zum Deich/Strand (was gerade mit Kindern egal welchen Alters sehr angenehm ist). Der Garten war auch schön angelegt, allerdings wurde er von uns nicht so oft genutzt, da wir bis abends unterwegs waren. Wir können es nur empfehlen, daher auch volle Sterne 😊👍🏻. Vielen Dank an das Team der Küstenzeit. Schöne Grüße

Die Aufteilung ist großzügig, neue schöne weiße Möbel.
Ein Fehler allerdings: Die Mülltonnen stehen in der Nähe zur Küche, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse, deshalb viele lästige Fliegen.
Dafür einen Punktabzug.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die zentrale Lage war für Ausflüge an den Deich und in der Umgebung super. Vielen Dank!!

Wegen Corona war der Kontakt nur telefonisch möglich, der aber super funktioniert hat.
