About this apartment rental
With capacity for up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Living room with open kitchen, double bedroom with access to a terrace and bathroom. Bathroom and two interior bedrooms (one configured with two bunk beds and the other as a double).
- All our accommodations are fully equipped and include bed and bath linen of hotel quality for your stay with us. For the comfort of your family: towels of superior grammage, size "blanket bath" for your showers, white duvet covers always on all our beds.
- There is the possibility of installing 1 travel crib, including bedding, at no extra cost. IT MUST BE REQUESTED PRIOR TO THE TRIP.
- At the time of access we will have a small cleaning kit (cloth, scouring pad, dishwasher) and another one of toilet (small shampoo, gel and bar of soap), a roll of toilet paper per bathroom. You WILL NOT find any other cleaning or toilet products in the house. You will not find any food unless you ask us for it, in that case we will give you the instructions to make the purchase on-line in our collaborating supermarket (COMPLEMENTARY SERVICE PRICE) we will leave it placed in the fridge of your apartment.
- You can rent parking spaces at the foot of the ski slopes in Val de Ruda (including a ski locker) under the gondola lift access to the ski slopes.
- Ask us for information about all the services we can offer you and our concierge team will be happy to assist you.
- GREAT! The rental includes wifi connection during your stay with us.
- GREAT! The rental also includes a parking space at the foot of the slopes with ski locker.
- Our team will take care of you personally during your stay with us.
You will have a special telephone available 24 hours a day. From 21.00 to 9.00hs we will ask you to use it only in case of emergencies.
- Our project employs a digitalized system of control and follow-up of the check-in process, guaranteeing the quality provided. We will issue associated documents such as tourist tax invoice, receipt, utility bill, etc. reflecting the details of the rented property. You will be asked to sign a contract prior to entering the property.
- You will receive an SMS message prior to your trip, giving you instructions on how to provide us with your personal details - we are obliged by Catalan law - and you will have access to all the documentation associated with the reservation, including copies of invoices, contracts, etc.
- TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR WEEKLY DISCOUNTS! We offer you discounts on activities and services in collaborating establishments, both in ski equipment rental in winter, snow lessons, photographic reports, etc. .... and other activities, such as free excursions in the summer.
