Lovely location with views out over the garden to the river. Wonderful to have so much space with the seperate entrance, and large lounge and dining/kitchen area. Bed is super comfy and great for an afternoon nap with the sun shining in and and slight breeze through the window. Homemade jams and spreads, fresh bread and crumpets, fruit and lots of breakfast options, plus fresh daphne on the table. Shower is excellent and the mirrored bathroom cabinet is great to store everything out of the way. We so enjoy staying here and it's our favourite place to book in Reefton.

Great accommodation with a beautiful comfy bed and a powerful shower. The property is in a good position and close to the town centre.

We checked to see if we could book another night after the first, but already booked. Will definitely stay again next time 😊

Only one small problem the smoke detector battery was low so the alarm.kept going off intermittently. Other wise a faultless stay.
Excellent all-round except for the smoke alarm.
