屋內設施齊全，且因為適逢冷氣團，該房屋有提供暖爐及火爐(可以增添柴火)。料理設備也很齊全，可以自己帶食品加熱，也提供烤爐供用戶使用。WIFI網路還算是穩定，除非要在這裡實況，網速大約70 mb。比較少有的檜木建築，雖然周遭大多是檳榔園，仍然保有一小部分的次生林，有香楠、山黃麻等優勢樹種。
地區屬於比較偏遠的山區，開進來的時候有部分路段狹窄無護欄比較危險。我們這次有碰到意外，不過負責人處理迅速，而且非常有誠意的想退還部分款項，我們也因禍得福得到當地美味的中式早餐。我們當時負責人是吳小姐，非常感謝他用心的介紹設備使用以及對應我們提出的要求都有確實反饋。

最讚的就是令人驚豔的影音設備，KTV新歌無限唱、Netflix看到飽，很適合家族旅遊。還有麻將桌，撞球桌，美式烤肉架，一家子十幾個人待在山上完全不無聊。柴燒壁爐是另一大亮點，讓整個屋子都很溫暖。廚房設備很齊全，鍋碗瓢盆調味料都有，若是有訂烤肉食材，所有烤肉用具都有附在裡面，很方便。主人很用心維護這個招待所，雖然房間裝潢有些年份，但住起來仍是很舒適。這裡非常適合冬天來住，尤其晚上壁爐開起來會特別有氣氛。
