Mit war nicht klar bei der Anreise, dass das Apartment privat vermietet wird und nichts mit der offiziellen Apartmentanlage zu tun hat. Bei der Anreise hieß es am offiziellen Accueill “wir haben keine Buchung von Ihnen und wir sind ausgebucht “. Das führt natürlich zunächst zu Irritationen .

The apartment is really nice, has absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Vince was extremely helpful and on point with all the directions, suggestions - he couldn't have done anymore for us. The view from the apartment was spectacular, overlooking the marina. Short walk to variety of restaurants. Even though we had a car we walked to the local train station (20 mins) and got the train to Monaco for the day instead of driving. Drove into Cannes which is about 20 mins drive depending on traffic. Just wish we had stayed for longer.

la situation géographique de l'appartement dans l'enceinte de la marina est très agréable, la résidence est sécurisée et c'est très appréciable d'avoir accès à un garage fermé. Le cadre est original et estival. L'appartement est fonctionnel, moderne, meublé et décoré avec goût. La terrasse est agréable pour y prendre ses repas. C'est très appréciable d'avoir accès au WIFI.
dans la salle de bain, ce serait un plus s'il pouvait y avoir des surfaces (tablettes) pour poser ses affaires surtout quand on est une famille de quatre personnes. La paroie de douche laisse passer l'eau qui tombe au sol et l'aération est trop faible pour pouvoir aérer correctement cette pièce surtout après les douches. Sinon, celle-ci et les WC étaient très propres à notre arrivée.
