Really lovely apartment in a beautiful mountain village- especially the large outdoor space. Great hosts. Excellent location with plenty of really good restaurants plus shops/mini- markets .

Lots of steps. Can be chilly in the winter evenings- but there was a log burner to use- plus aircon with a heat option

Wonderful property in the heart of Frigiliana with one of the best roof top terrasses in town: Great view over the town and surrounding mountains, a lovely plunge pool, dining table, lounge area and a BBQ - can't get much better. The interior of the apartment was well appointed with a large living room, dining room and fully functional kitchen, even including a washing machine. Nice renovated bathroom and a small bedroom with a full sized comfortable bed. The host provided breakfast items, coffee, water and a bottle of wine, which was a very nice treat. The hosts, Javier an Rosario are absolutely wonderful and communicative. They provided great instructions and directions to the house, check in on us that everything was fine and provided all kinds of tips and suggestions.

No real downsides for us, but it might be helpful for others to know that you cannot drive directly to the house due to it's location in the center of the old town. You can temporarily park your car/get dropped off by taxi close to the house but you have to walk up 13 steps, which may be difficult for people with limited mobility. The bedroom and bed is a bit small, but the apartment is otherwise very spacious, especially the living room and outdoor space.

The communication with Javier & Rosa prior to arrival and during our stay was perfect. The whole accommodation was spotless. We will return!

De hosts, Rosario en Javier, zijn echt super geweldig en lief en attent, het huis is smetteloos en fris, de inrichting is met veel liefde gedaan, er hangt kunst van de omgeving en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, aan werkelijk alles is gedacht. De locatie is fenomenaal en het kleine zwembad heeft daardoor een fantastisch uitzicht. Het dorp Frigiliana is een van de mooiste dorpen van Andalusië, waardoor ook druk op de dag maar in dit huis merk je daar niets van en het is heerlijk rustig. Behalve dan het zingen de vele vogels, Ik wilde graag in een van de vele restaurants eten, maar in het huis, op het terras blijven en aan het zwembad liggen was veel leuker en bovendien hadden Rosario en Javier veel lekkers in de koelkast gelegd. Wat een verwennerij!
