Emplacement pratique, bon accueil.
Logement ayant besoin d’une grosse rénovation, mal isolé, chasse d’eau très bruyante, problème d’évacuation d’eau (douche, baignoire et lavabo), lit superposé du haut non sécuritaire pour faire dormir un enfant.
