It was in a good location within walking distance to the venue we had a function at. Filled all our needs and was comfortable.

Location of house to beach was excellent. It was also very quiet and peaceful.
Power Outtage for 7 hours soon after we arrived. No access to water, heat or lights. Torch provided was small and battery ran out during use.
