Really disappointing
Surprisingly larger than expected. Around 10 minutes to main gondola in Tignes
We arrived to used towels and bed linen from previous tenants. We paid extra for our own towels and linens to be provided to arrive to them in their commercial bags, where we found used toothpicks! The floors were dirty and the bathrooms not much better. We had to clean the apartment ourselves as was evident it wasn’t done well after the previous occupants. Unfortunately for the apartment downstairs our kitchen was leaking. Interhome asked if they could enter the property, to which we DID NOT want them too as we knew we would have to be cooking dinner for our children. After explicitly saying do not come today….. they came anyway. Complete invasion of privacy. I get things need to be fixed, not a problem if we could prepare our belongs and at a suitable time - however our wishes were ignored. Paid extra for WiFi, which we got late, spoke to the office (when the 1 person who worked there was actually in) and we got a classic ‘shrug of the shoulder’ …. Overall terrible experience with Interhome. It’s cheap (therefore appealing) but nowhere near the ‘cheerful’ levels you would hope for.
