La posizione rispetto al mare era stupenda. Ampio il giardino e molto spaziose le stanze e il soggiorno. Ottima l'aria condizionata.

Il rumore delle automobili sulla Giannella sarebbe attenuato da finestre più isolanti. Mancano prese necessarie o almeno prolunghe elettriche per le lampade sui comodini.
