die lage ist spitzenklasse und erst die aussicht, unschlagbar. platz ohne ende. trotz der unmittelbaren nähe zur promenade hat man im 4. stockwerk seine ruhe. lift ist auch vorhanden.
die ausstattung hat seine besten jahre gesehen. der wasserdruck ist leider beim duschen sehr gering, wenn man bedenkt das es zwei duschen gibt kann man nicht beide gleichzeitig benutzen auch sonst solte man kein wasser benutzen wen auch nur eine person duscht. es hat keine klimaanlage das uns nicht störte da wir lieber ventilatoren haben aber die ventilatoren sollte man ab und zu auch gründlich reinigen und für so eine grosse wohnung sollte es mindestens zwei ventilatoren zusätzlich haben.
