The people working for this agency were so friendly and they were so helpful. When I arrived, I checked the apartment and reported some broken things and they helped to get them fixed quickly. I was appreciated a lot. The apartment was lovely and well-equipped. The location is amazing; 50 meters away from the Bollin chairlift and a supermarket.
Suggestion for the owner: The carpet was a bit worn-out, I would recommend the owner to change it in the future. This was not the major disadvantage point, just my suggestion.
Warning: if you are old, or you are a person who doesn't like loud music, I don't recommend booking this apartment because it is just 100m away from the apres-ski party club Cocorico. As for me, I'm fine and I love partying and I have been to Val Claret for 10 years. I booked this apartment on purpose :)

La ubicación es perfecta
El apartamento es muy pequeño, y en las fotos parece que se trata de una litera, pero en relidad la cama superior la tienen bloqueada, por lo que para dormir 2 personas, hay que sacar la cama de debajo del sofá... y el apartamento es demasiado pequeño para sacar una cama. Es muy incómodo. No entiendo por qué tienen la cama superior bloqueada.
