We've stayed here many times and it's always been a great experience. It's right on the gulf side beach, which is a must for me, and for just my wife and I it's a great value.

The property was very nice and in a great location. The room was clean and stocked with everything you need. The only complaint i have is the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I struggled to sleep. If that can get corrected, it would be perfect.

Our stay was great! Beautiful grounds, renovated rooms, and close to everything in Treasure Island and beyond. Water pressure could have been better but I wouldn't say it would deter me from staying again!

We arrived after dark, and our driver could not even find the place as there were no lights on anywhere, not even the sign lit up. Hard to find in the dark. Water pressure in the shower was horrible. The shower head had been duck taped together and leaked. All linen felt like sandpaper and bathroom was so tight that you could barely sit on the toilet without hitting your head on the sink. Toilet was not clean upon arrival. Sofa stained and kept falling apart just from sitting on it. A couple of beach chairs would have been nice for people who fly in and cannot bring beach gear. Location was nice, but probably would not stay in this unit again.
