Venture further to uncover the third and fourth bedrooms, each adorned with a cozy Twin bed and twin bunk beds. These delightful spaces cater to both comfort and adventure, creating an atmosphere where dreams come alive.
Take a dip in the large screened pool or lounge on one of many chairs soaking up the Florida sun.
Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Pool heating is available for $70 every five days, and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. We provide a washer and dryer for your convenience but kindly ask that you bring your own detergents.
We know that pets are an important part of your family, and we're pleased to offer pet-friendly accommodations for your furry friends. Please note that there is a fee of $250 for damages caused by pets, and we kindly ask that you keep your pets off the furniture during your stay.
Guest booking must be 21 years of age or older.
We offer our guests access to a variety of amenities at The Oasis Clubhouse. Take a dip in the lazy river, work out at the gym, or challenge your family and friends to a game in the arcade. You can also lounge by the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The Oasis Clubhouse is open from 9 am to 9 pm daily.

The house was nice and checking in was super easy. No real issues during our stay. I wasnt thrilled with the neighbors that smoked pot all day and all night so any time were were outside that is all you could smell. The house was nice and the kids had a blast in the heated pool.

We were students in Sarasota being evacuated off campus for Hurricane Helene and it was quick and easy to book this house! The accommodations were amazing and there was a ton of space to do activities and homework with my friends. It was a bit confusing to get into the gate systems but we figured it out eventually.
The only sneaky thing was the price was very affordable for us as student but there were over $300 of cleaning and "processing" fees that were tacked on that was not on the listing. Still a great place though, would come back again if I made more money.

We arrived on 10/07 evenings, just with hurricane Milton, we couldn’t complete our stay due circumstances.
Property was clean, but carpet left a bad odor on our socks and shoes, Patio chairs were at the living room, I assume due hurricane.
Neighbors don’t follow the same rules as guests, they play at the pool late night, neighbor across street had very loud music until 3 am.
One neighbor went out with 4 dogs, and she couldn’t handle all at the same time, I was outside with my dog. and was a scary moment.
Amenities are too far away from the unit, and with not gasoline due the hurricane we couldn’t waste gas. No water, bread and basic things at the nearest supermarket, not gas, so we had to leave the property after 48 hours.
We left very sad, but for the best of our children.
