Bright and very welcoming, this gorgeous condo features an impressive, open kitchen with Costa Esmeralda granite slab countertops and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Dine together at the table for six and the adjacent pub-height table for two. And then settle into the comfortable central living area with a Netflix-equipped flatscreen TV, an enormous sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, and balcony access. Additionally, there is a comfy TV room at the front of the condo—perfect for the kids or for sneaking off to read a book or grab a quick afternoon nap. Guests will also enjoy access to the shared on-site heated pool.

WONDERFUL - from a lot of space, to comfy beds, to beautiful kitchen and appliances, to chairs for beach, to pool towels (the fact that there is beach and a pool is such a bonus), to balconies - top one has rocking chairs. Did I mention the amazing view ... pool and ocean. This place is a winner! We had the most memorable experience and we are so grateful!!!

We loved the location of this unit. It had a lovely view of the ocean and was close to the pool as well as the little market, restaurants and gym across the street. The Seascape Resort is a fun and well maintained complex. The unit is also very tastefully decorated. It has the potential to be a great spot if the unit was properly cleaned and maintained. The carpet is pretty disgusting… needs to be cleaned and/or replaced. The tile needs a deep cleaning as well. The unit also had areas that had obviously not been dusted or cleaned in a long time. There were only two towels in the shared bathroom. The fan in the shared bathroom sounds like it is on its last leg and is disturbingly noisy. Why are there no proper wine glasses in a vacation rental? Finally, we had to scour the place for the sheets, blanket and pillow for the downstairs sleeper which we discovered in the upstairs second bedroom closet when there was storage right by the sleeper. This made no sense. It would not take a lot of effort to bring this unity up to the standard it should be. Would definitely stay here again if they made these simple improvements!
