The location was perfect for me right next to The Broad and across the street from MOCA. Others may not want to be at the very top of Bunker Hill. The kitchen was reasonably well equipped. I enjoyed the sunrise and night time views from the 17th floor.
There were no room darkening shades or curtains. The bedroom was very bright at night as the available shades only temper the sunlight during the day but do not at all darken the room at night.
The bright green ring- part of the security system I think- that flashed on whenever I moved in the bed during the night was also an impediment to sleep.
The desk table next to the window in the living room was pathetically rickety. It should be replaced.
