Natural Oak STUDIO by Emmelia Group

Extremely clean. Easy check in process. Everything you could need. Bed very comfortable and the location is perfect.

I wish the check out time was 11am as 10am seems very early, especially if you like experiencing night life. TV channels aren’t loaded so you can’t use it. The shower takes some getting used to. If you follow the instructions you can get it to the correct temperature however the actual structure needs some TLC.

It was in a very good location in the city near the town center and to a lot of facilities. We especially like the host he was very friendly and it was the only time a host sent me a message during the vacation to check if we were ok. I recommend this place without even thinking twice.

Nothing!! Everything was perfect!!

good size quiet surroundings easy parking nice welcome bottle of wine and snacks

- lacks charm, low quality interior - lack of proper maintenance, things falling apart when you touch them - in need of deep cleaning , quite grubby - nightmare shower. Even though there is a note 'how to use the shower' (...), the shower is binary , cold or scorching hot. The shower head is not properly attached to the wall, so you need to built a contraption first and subsequently spent the shower time trying to arrange the temperature. This has been a consistent complaint that the owners avoid to properly address . incredible that this property supposedly has four stars, 1 star is more accurate, the booking rating of more than 9 is also hard to understand

Close to restaurants and a beautiful beach Lots of parking available Very clean All utentils you need are there.

The shower story is ridiculous. We tried to follow the owners instructions but it doesnt work...It stays warm for 15sec then goes freezing...You waste tons of water trying to get it right and end up having a cold shower...Such a pity seeing the lovely flat. Noisy neighbours at night Matress extremely uncomfortable,it's time for a change .
