We expected more, based on the booking rating

Rayna, the host, was really responsive. We were able to get to the flat 2 hours before check-in, which was great because the appartment is really outside of Paris centre and in this case we had no problems with our laggue. When we arrived we were welcomed by the cleaning lady.

We did not get the apartment we paid for, with outdor space. We got, I suppose, the same size on the 1st floor, but without outdoor space, and in this case the room is quite small for 2 adults and 2 children. I must say that we felt "robbed" because of this. This should be stated when making the reservation. In this case, we would not like to be there. Fortunately there is a children's playground a little further down the road. The location of the apartment is not the best. It is about 15 minutes walk from the metro station, but the neighborhood and street are quiet. There is no Paris vabe here. The kitchen, which should be fully equipped, is not. There are not enough dishes and utensils for 4 people. Maybe for two just fine. On the last day I also saw the "cleanliness" of the pillows and I almost had a stroke... anyway in my opinion, inadequate and definitely in need of washing!

Génial et fort agréable !

Le quartier était sympa et calme. Les transports sont facile d'accès et pas loin de la gare Montparnasse.

Les couverts sont bien cachés ^^" L'endroit où ils étaient n'était pas facile à trouver. Ce n'était qu'un détail tout ça.

Mieszkanie nowoczesne, wygodne, spokojna i bezpieczna okolica, a zarazem blisko do sklepów spożywczych. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Łatwo odebrać/oddać klucze.

Brak klimatyzacji. Były upalne dni - był tylko wiatrak, który nie wystarczał. Trochę daleko do komunikacji - 15 minut pieszo do metra. To są bardzo małe minusy na tle olbrzymich plusów wspaniałego mieszkania!

Muy acogedor y limpio. Fácil para aparcar. El metro estaba un pelín retirado, pero acercábamos el coche a la boca de metro y así al volver no costaba tanto llegar al apartamento después de todo el día caminando por Paris. La combinación de metro para llegar al centro, perfecta.

Appartement fonctionnel, rénové récemment et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Très propre, bonne literie et endroit très calme

Point à améliorer : le nombre de serviettes de toilettes (1 grande + 1 petite/personne pour 3 nuits).

Estancia perfecta

apartamento muy cómodo y limpio. Fuimos 2 adultos y dos niños. La cama grande y el sofá cama muy cómodos. Fácil contacto con los dueños para entrada y salida. Barrio muy tranquilo donde se puede aparcar sin problema. Un paseo tranquilo de 15 min a una parada de metro a 15 min del centro que te lleva directo. La cocina completa. Cafetera, sandwichera, microondas, horno.... Todo a sido perfecto. Enhorabuena al dueño👏👏Si vuelvo a París repetiría sin dudarlo.
