Unfortunately not the best experience for us and we will not be re-booking
The location was superb, with ski in / ski out practically to the door. The spa facilities are great and very rare to have an indoor swimming pool within an individual ski chalet. The chalet was spacious and warm
The chalet has not been maintained very well and is showing signs of this. The dishwasher has a part missing, meaning the bottom tray items do not get cleaned. The metal shelves / tray for the oven do not fit and therefore useless. We also had an issue with mice in the bedrooms and kitchen, which the hosts tried to dismiss. When leaving, the cleaners arrived an hour before we agreed and constantly stared at us whilst packing our car, making us feel most uncomfortable
