Cleanliness and location. There was a good supply of paper goods. The mattresses were comfortable.
Toilet seat didn’t fit and would slide. There was a power outlet in the kitchen that didn’t work. The refrigerator was old and would ice up. One of the beds was extremely creaky. The outside furniture was dirty and had mold.

This property is right in the thick of things. We walked everywhere we needed to go and were always close to "home" to take a rest or a break. There is an easy coded entry so no need for keys. Everything worked well and it was very comfortable.
It is a bit stark. It would be nice to have a theme or at least some more artwork on the walls. It is in the perfect location to have a French Colonial theme, being right in the middle of an historic district.
