Located in a quiet area of Nerja, this beautiful house allows you to take a walk and reach the beach and the famous Balcón de Europa in 15 minutes on foot.
The ground floor of the house presents a toilet, a kitchen and a living room with access to an interior patio.
Upstairs are the three double bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and another two bedrooms with single beds. On this floor there is also a second bathroom with a bathtub.
On the roof of the house there is a wonderful terrace with views, a chill-out area and a private pool.

We felt like home. It was very clean, calm and modern. Good kitchen equipments. The location is excellent – close to shops, bars and the seaside. We really enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend.

The house is fabulous, modern and clean there is AIRCON in every room., close to all the amenities. The terrace area is amazing

Casa increíblemente grande, limpia y moderna con muy buenas instalaciones. La zona de la piscina es un plus. No falta un detalle. Sin duda volveremos!!!
