Holiday home near the small town of Fuente de Cesna, which belongs to the village of Algarinejo, province of Granada, Andalucia.

The most striking feature of this holiday home is its rustic decoration, which you can find on both floors of the main house and in the independent flat.

Thanks to the careful renovation and maintenance, this holiday home is now a precious hideout where a family of ten can spend their holidays, in the most rural area of inland Andalucia. Its location allows fun getaways to the region’s most renowned landmarks and, at the same time, it is a quiet place to rest and just enjoy your holidays at peace.

The ground floor of the villa is divided into an independent kitchen, a dining-living room with a massive fireplace, above which agricultural tools are located, and a smaller living area with a sofa. The stone floor mixes with the terracotta one, whereas the ceiling is mainly made of wood. A bathroom with shower is also available on the ground floor.

Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms, characterised by sloping ceilings and a cosy ambience that will help you relax and regain your strengths. One bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and is provided with an en-suite with bathtub. Two other bedrooms rely on two twin beds and in the fourth bedroom, you will find a double bed. Another bathroom with shower is available on the villa’s first floor.

The studio flat is characterised by an open space, with wooden beamed ceilings that are the perfect match to the wooden furniture and the rural atmosphere that surrounds the accommodation. The living area features comfortable armchairs, a dining table and a kitchenette, which is separated from the double bed by a wall. This ensures some privacy and a virtual separation between the two areas. The bathroom is located on the other side of the room, and is provided with a fabulous whirlpool bathtub.

The lovely outdoor area features an area for “al fresco” dining, under the shadow of centenary trees. A wooden fence separates the patio from the private pool, which is located on a lower level. Its dimensions allow the whole family to cool down and enjoy the quietness provided by the surrounding nature. Several sun loungers and deckchairs, as well as a chill-out area, are provided in the pool area.

The access to the house is via a 500-mt paved lane.
