A lovely spot in mountains of Cantal with a beautiful historic town, good food, and friendly folks.

the place is an amazing slice of a true genuine French province. A little river flows through the town, the volcano breathes steam in the morning, the mountain hikes are right outside your door, the woods are pleasant and refreshing, and the host Christofe is the most pleasant charming guy, always ready to help and to answer questions. They make baguettes right next door, butchery has the best meats, and Madame Bisch runs a local pub late into the night. The streets are narrow, the chalets are but a few minutes drive away.

it has nothing to do with Chez. but i tried the hot bath/massage special, and was disappointed. the water was heated not by the volcano but by electricity. A glorified jacuzzi with a Sharko-type high-pressure shower.

Everything was better than expected. Literally, a fountain of warmth and class!

A unique combination of the charm, warmth, and the respect for privacy exhibited by Christof was overwhelming. He went out of his way to make me and my friends to feel welcomed and made the stay an unforgettable adventure in both pleasure and the esthetic satisfaction. Could not wish for a better host. Merci Beaucoup, Christof!

WiFi was off for the whole town for a couple of days of my stay, although it had nothing to do with the host.

Excellent emplacement pour cet appartement situé au 2ème étage côté cour, à proximité des commerces tout en étant au calme. Très propre et bien équipé, conforme aux photos et au descriptif. Accueil très agréable.

Studio suffisant pour 2 personnes

Modifier l'annonce. C'est noté une chambre avec un lit alors que dans un studio, il n'y a pas de chambre séparée. On le voit sur la photo mais ce n'est pas une raison. Sonorisation moyenne. On entend les déplacements dans les autres logements. Pour nous, pas d'importance, mais accessibilité pour les personnes à mobilité réduite impossible. Je ne sais pas si c'est précisé dans l'annonce

Une super adresse pour visiter le sud du Cantal et le Plateau de l'Aubrac !

Studio confortable et très bien équipé pour des vacances à deux, dans une rue commerçante mais calme, donnant sur un cour (et les jolis toits du village). L'accueil de Christophe était très chaleureux et il est resté disponible tout au long de notre séjour. Le logement est situé dans le centre de Chaudes-Aigues, avec un parking gratuit (limité à 1h30 entre le 15 juin et fin août) au bout de la rue, sur la place du marché. En dehors de cette période, il y a d'autres parkings gratuits à proximité. Vous trouverez pusieurs restaurants dans la rue ou juste à côté. Chaudes-Aigues est un super point de chute pour visiter les sites du Pays de Saint-Flour (château d'Alleuze, lac de Grandval, Saint-Flour etc), comme pour parcourir le Plateau de l'Aubrac ou les Monts du Cantal. Vous pouvez trouver la carte des environs à l'Office de Tourisme.

Le top pour un séjour sur Chaudes aigues

L’hôte est accueillant, souriant et dispo au cas où . L’appartement est vraiment bien conçu , bien situé au centre de chaudes aigues , proche de tout commerce ; de plus vous disposez dans l’immeuble d’un lave linge et d’un sèche linge pour les longs séjours ( cure) Bref que du plaisir .
