We did not stay .

Location was good .

The host met us at the accommodation. She said we had to pay cash not card . We paid then she left . When we entered the property the hallway had an awful stench. The room itself looked nice but on further inspection the bathroom door was damaged ( looked like a hole had been punched into it). On checking the bed we found that the bedding was quite creased as though it had been slept in and not changed for clean bedding. The pillows were creased and were blood splattered. We instantly knew we were not staying there and contacted the host to complain and were going to look for other accommodation , not convenient as it was in the evening when we arrived. The host eventually replied saying she would come and change the pillows. We were her we were not happy with the room because it was unhygienic. She offered no refund or even a partial refund. She kept our money . We would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. We have never had reason to complain about any accommodation before and we are well travelled. This was the worst we'd ever booked .

The location, it says in description 350 yards from bassin in honfleur, it is not, it says it is a hotel on booking.com, it is not it is an airb&b basically, was asked to pay cash, the picture on booking.com is not the place we stayed, false advertisement, there were 2 number 12 properties it took us over half an hour to find the property on the road it is on, towels looked dirty and discoloured

Modern room with parking for pretty Honfleur

Great location, just a gentle 10 min stroll past nice local shops into Honfleur. Good to have parking. This isn't a Bed & Breakfast as described or as we think of it in UK, it's a bedroom with a seating area with coffee machine and mini fridge in a private residents block, but nicely done. Well decorated and immaculately clean. Entry lock system, nice and secure and in a quiet residential road. We loved the ease of walking into beautiful Honfleur.

Coffee machine had no instructions so kept messing up the coffee! We stupidly left the keys inside the room when checking out and forgot we couldn't then get out of the car park without the key fob! Had to wait for a neighbour to go out.

Perfect location close to the town centre with private parking. The flat was spotless and well equipped. A great place to stay and explore Bayeux !

Exceptional

Sandra is a lovely host, waited for us at the apartment to show us the room and parking space (as requested). The room smells awesome with vanilla scent and its spacious and comfortable. The apartment is located just 10 mins walk from the harbour. Very quiet neighbourhood.

Nice quiet spot, a short walk from the Vieux Port

The site was a short walk to the centre of the old town. We were very happy that house rules were clear about no noise after 10 pm. The property gave the impression of being well managed. We got a good night's sleep after a long drive. The room was a nice size, and clean. We also had a dedicated parking spot out the front.

Everything was as expected. Really a good place and great for parking. Although the drive up to the place makes you go through some really tight streets.

Just on the last day, there was an awful smell in the lobby which entered the room. Had to use a lot of my demo to sleep 😅

La localisation était vraiment au top. On a pu visiter Honfleur à pied. Chambre d’hôte au top, répond à toute les demandes.

La porte de l’immeuble fait beaucoup de bruit lorsqu’on l’ouvre, mais la propriétaire de la chambre n’y ai pour rien.

Het was zoeken naar de locatie, stond nergens de naam van verblijf. Ziet eruit als een appartementencomplex. De ‘eigenaresse ‘ gebeld, kon over 10 minuten komen. Het was een kamer beneden. De badkamer mag beter schoongemaakt worden.

Nous avions réservé pensant louer une chambre d’hôtes et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un studio dans un immeuble sans aucun charme. A corriger : porte de la douche ferme mal, oreillers très médiocres, porte salle de bains abîmée (2 traces de coups de poing côté intérieur)

Week-end à Honfleur

Accueil agréable, chambre joliment décorée propre, literie confortable. Possibilité de déjeuner dans la chambre, cafetière, théière, tasses le tout accompagné des dosettes de café et de quelques madeleines . Emplacement top pour visiter Honfleur à pieds. Manque voilage aux fenêtres RDC vis à vis avec l'extérieur.

Séjour très agréable

Petite studette parfaite et très cocooning ! Son emplacement est à 10mn max du centre ville et, ce qui est très appréciable c’est son parking ! La voiture n’a pas bougé du week-end (vraiment très pratique vu le monde qu’il y avait). La chambre est au calme et la literie très bonne. Merci à Sandra pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son arrangement pour notre heure d’arrivée. Nous reviendrons sûrement
